Billy Blackwell's Obituary
Billie Ray (Billy) Blackwell, a life resident of Folsom, LA passed away Sunday, August 11, 2013 at his home. He was 81 years old.
The beloved son of the late Greely G. and Mary Stafford Blackwell, he is survived by one sister, Margie Jones; three brothers: Verdie, Bobby and Vernon Blackwell; his niece, Debbie Morgan; nephews, Jimmy and Keith Cox and he was great uncle to Jimmy, Jr. and Alicia Cox.
Relatives and friends are invited to E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433, where the family will receive friends from 9:00 - 10:30 AM on Thursday, August 15, 2013. The funeral service will take place at 10:30 AM, the Rev. Tim Gay officiating.
Interment at The Alex P.Blackwell Cemetery on Mockingbird Hill Rd. in Folsom, LA will immediately follow.
