Bette Crawley Pritchartt's Obituary
Bette Crawley Pritchartt passed away on Saturday, June 08, 2013, at Christwood in Covington, LA. She was born April 10, 1929 in Kosciusko, MS to James Tanner Crawley and Blanche Elizabeth (Norman) Crawley.
A devoted and loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by one son - W. Howard Pritchartt III; two daughters - Elodie Pritchartt and Laura Elizabeth Bolinger; two granddaughters – Annet Rose Ackerman and Elizabeth Grafton Pritchartt and one grandson - W. Howard Pritchartt IV.
Educated in Mississippi, she graduated from Ole Miss where she was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority and graduated valedictorian of her nursing class at Alcorn. She worked in her field for a brief period while living in Natchez and spent many living in Baton Rouge before moving to Covington in 2001.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at 2:30 PM on Thursday, June 13, 2013 from The Garden Room at Christwood, 100 Christwood Blvd. Covington, LA 70433.
Those in attendance may remain for a reception and visiting hours immediately following the ceremony.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to St. Peter Catholic Church, 125 E. 19th Ave. Covington, LA 70433, or to Christwood.
