Janet, I am so sorry for your loss. I have some wonderful memories of your Mom. So was a great lady. My Mom got to talk to her once after she moved here. Wish they could have got together for a visit. Mom thought a lot of her too. You and your family will be in my prayers.
Janet and Jimmy, Daddy & I saw your Mom's obituary. We're so sorry and know you must be devastated. My Mother's gone 12 years last July, and it still hurts (Daddy still tells her picture "Goodnight, I love you" every night). Tomorrow's her birthday and we're going to the cemetary this weekend to put fresh flowers. Steve lives in Baton Rouge, so I faxed the obit to him. Dear Jimmy and Janet I worked with your Dad when I was a buyer at D. H. Holmes in 1959-1966 in the Carpet Dept. I think you will remember me and my wife Lois. Your Mom and Dad were wonderful friends. They gave us a house warming gift of a penduluum clock in 1966. We have had that clock in our den ever since. We often refer to it and think of your mom and dad often. we often wondered how Bernie was doing in the last 10 years or so. Our sincere condolences with the passin of your Mom.
