Loving husband of Judy Jones Ward; Father of Robin Terrio (Edward), Christine Kinsey (Michael), Glenn Ward (Donna) and Benjamin Ward IV. Step-father of Robert Warren. Grandfather of Brooke Schexnyder, Tanya Campbell, Melissa Ellinger, Brandi Bernard, Joshua Ward, Matthew Ward, Katherine Ward and Seth Kinsey. Great-grandfather of Myah Campbell, Dylan Campbell, Sierra Campbell, Ethan Ellinger, Bryce Ellinger, Lanie Bernard and Brynn Bernard. Brother of Darlene Pellecer and the late Carol Buckel and Ellen Horn. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Ward, Jr. and Lillian Fath Ward.
Age 68 years, a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of LaPlace, LA for the past 16 years. Benjamin was a Member of Local 130 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service on Friday, August 22, 2008 at 4:00 PM.
Visitation on Friday from 3:00 PM until service time.
