Beatrice T. Stevens' Obituary
Beatrice T. Stevens passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. She was born in Mercedes, TX on February 6, 1934.
She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Clarence H. Stevens; her two daughters, Debbie Dufrene and Elizabeth Price; one son, Richard Ricon; two step-children Shelia Bollinger and Joyce Hauer; and Sabrina Shiver whom she considered as a daughter; and grandchildren, Joseph Jeanmarie, Amanda Price, Nicole Price; step-grandchildren, Brandon Bollinger, Trey Bollinger, Kimberly Hauer and Sandra Hauer.
She was preceded in death by her parents Maria and Guillermo Trejo.
She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Beatrice was a nurses aid for 25 years at Charity Hospital and retired in 1987. Mrs. Stevens was a very caring lady always doing for other people. She attended the Amazing Love Church. She loved going to church and being with other people. One of her statements was, when she was helping other people, said “They might at a later time help one of mine”.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Avenue, Covington Louisiana on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM with visitation on Saturday beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Willie Lee Cemetery.
