Barbara Nugent Penton, age 70 years of Abita Springs, LA died on Saturday, November 16, 2013. Born, Thursday, March 25, 1943 in New Orleans, LA to Ray Edward Nugent and Elsie Rosalie Nugent.
Survived by her husband of 51 years W. B. Penton, sons Thomas Ray Penton and wife Dena Wainwright and Gregory Scott Penton, daughter Evette Monique Randolph and husband Michael, grand-daughters Chelsea Elizabeth Penton, Victoria Gabrielle Penton, and Ciara Monet Randolph, grandson Magnum Justice Randolph, and sister by friendship Patricia Finn.
She was predeceased by her father Ray Edward Nugent and mother Elsie Rosalie Nugent.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433.
Visitation on Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Interment in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Covington, LA.
