Barbara Nan Hardouin Leveque, age 75 of Big Branch, LA died on Friday, August 21, 2015, at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in Jefferson, LA. Born, Tuesday, September 05, 1939 in New Orleans, LA to Rodolphe Emile and Violet Farley Hardouin.
Survived by her Daughter - Barbara Leveque Markey and husband David, Granddaughters - Breanne Markey Orman and husband Blake, Mikayla Markey Fornea and husband Russ, Son - Kenneth A. Leveque, Jr. and Paula Spearman and Grandchildren - Shannon Guzman Hicks and husband Paul, and Antonio W. Guzman, and Great-Grandchildren – Gage and Lyric Hicks, Daughter - Stacy Leveque Toranto and husband Joseph, and Grandsons - Adrian D. Toranto, and Dominic J. Toranto, and Sister - Patricia Hardouin Johnson. Also survived by her faithful K-9 companion – Cloeteal.
She was predeceased by her Parents and her Husband - Kenneth A. Leveque, Sr.
She was a resident of Big Branch, LA for the past 40 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Divine Hope Praesidium Legion of Mary at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church of Lacombe, LA. She was a 1957 graduate of St. Mary’s Dominican High School in New Orleans.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass at 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 28029 Main St. Lacombe, LA 70445.
Visitation on Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 8:30 AM to service time. A Rosary will be said by the Legion of Mary at 10:30 AM.
Interment in Mandeville Cemetery Mandeville, LA.
