Barbara Strong Harvey, 86, died recently at her home at Christwood Retirement Community in Covington, LA after a long illness. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Theo Hirsch Harvey, and by her daughters Nancy Strong Harv Read Obituary
We have lost a wonderful lady, and we join you today in remembering her activities and achievements.
Dear Theo,
We are in South Carolina for Thanksgiving and are thinking of you. Know that your family and many friends are being a comfort to you. Much affection.
I work in the dining room at Christwood and had the pleasure to know the Harvey's. The love they shared was so inspirational to me and really warms my heart. Mrs Harvey was always a firecracker and had a infectious smile. I will miss her dearly.

Theo and Family, In the short time I knew Barbara, I always looked forward to seeing her every week. I witnessed in Barbara and Theo such a loving close relationship and was privileged to see this first hand. The love they had for each other made such an impression on me I won't forget. I hope your good memories can help you through this difficult time and remember Barbara as the gracious woman she was. I will miss her.
