Arsan Woodrow Hughes passed away on Monday, December 29, 2014 at the age of 65.
Beloved husband of Shirley Hartfield Hughes and the late Sheryl Towers Hughes. Loving father of Victoria Spivey (Eric), Nathan Herring, Veronica Pellow (Johnny) and the late Anthony Herring. Son of the late Rosemary and Leslie Blount and the late CJ Hughes. Brother of Nelson Hughes, Frankie Hughes, Marshall Blount, Cathy Carney (Calvin), Renee Singleton (Buddy), and the late Preston Hughes and Crelly Hughes. Grandfather of Annabell Rose Spivey, England, Vintage and Symphony Pellow.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at New Life United Pentecostal Church, 72151 Camellia Dr., Covington, LA 70433 located behind Riverbend Gymnastics on Hwy 36 on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 1:00 PM with visitation at church on Tuesday evening beginning at 6:00 M until 9:00 PM and on Wednesday morning at church from 10:00 AM until service time.
Interment will follow in Barker-McManus Cemetery.
