Hello my name is Monica I was sitting just thinking of all wonderful doctors I have had through out my years and no one can compare to Dr. Roufa he was the best doctor I ever had! Im just finding out about his passing in 2018 so with all due respect 🙏🏽 please accept my deepest condolences 🙏🏽 to 🙌 🙏🏽 the family! He was one of a kind and there will be no other's like him God bless 🙏🏽
DR. ROUFA HELPED ME DELIVER MY FIRST BORN IN 1975. I AM SO VERY SORRY TO LEARN THAT HE PASSED AWAY IN 2018. I DECIDED TO LOOK HIM UP ON THE INTERNET TO SEE IF I COULD SPEAK W ITH HIM AGAIN.
I WILL MISS HIM,AND WILL ALWAYS LOVE HIM FONDLY AND DEARLY.

I first knew Arnold as a physician - a good one - and then as a photographer - also a good one - but always as a smart, funny unique individual. He walked to the beat of his own drummer but didn't mind if you joined the band! He will be missed.

I'm a now retired Orangetown Police officer. Met and became friendly with "the Doc" through our mutual friend,Lori Reynolds. I'll never forget when I found a seal resting on the dock at the Nyack marina. I got in touch with him and picked him up in my patrol car so we could race down to the marina to photograph it. It became one of his many featured photos for Rivertown. We had a good laugh about that. He was a great guy. Was proud to have known him!

Arlene I am sorry for your loss. Roufa was one of the warmest people i know. Nyack will surely miss it's favorite photographer.His photos will remind us of his sweet soul.
