Back in the 90s Armand and a few of us created a model boat club in madisonville. He taught me a lot about organized racing of boats and spearheaded lots of events. He took me on my first out of town boat race to crosby Texas. I will always have fond memories of Armand. My condolences to his family and may he rest In peace.
