Brother Bill as I knew him since I was a young child was a wonderful friend to all who knew him. He and my dad were friends for 50 years and was the best friend my dad had and the longest friendship as well. He will miss him dearly as will I. He knew so many people through his ham radio hobby as well those in the community.

My siblings and I called him "Uncle Billy" as we knew him from growing up in Jackson, MS. He was a dear childhood friend to our mother, Frances Bennett Buckley. He came to our house often to laugh, sing, and play the piano. We felt close to him. Heaven - make room on the piano bench- Billie and Frances have some singing to do!

Bro Anselm was such a great person. He was always one of the first people to greet me, with his pleasant smile. He had the ability to make you smile , just, with his presents. He will be sadly missed.
