Love & prayers to Uncle Norman & family. Annette will always be Aunt Nettie to me ever since I married into the family. I have many fond memories of her How kind & generous she always was towards my children. Also how she got me interested in cake decorating & growing African violets. But my favorite memories are the many New year's Day family get togethers we shared in her lovely home.
Love Always,
Berenice Farrelly
My love and condolences to Norman and family. Aunt Nettie was such a lovely person and I have wonderful memories of her over the years. Our family always enjoyed spending time with Nettie, Norman and their kids when they visited us in California or when we would visit New Orleans. Nettie made a huge impression on me when I was young - she was so kind.
A very special memory is when Nettie and Norman graciously hosted a Boyer family reunion in October 2016. That is how I will remember Nettie - gracious and welcoming.
Love,
Yvonne Boyer
We extend our condolences to Norman Quates and Family! We are praying for all of you that God comforts you and gives you peace in knowing we will be seeing our sweet Annette later! We have so many wonderful memories of her as I am sure you all do! One of our favorites is at our 25th Silver Anniversary party many years ago when Susan, Cindy's best friend was trying to show Annette how to Line Dance. Susan would get her going and then she would start talking to someone else and Annette would be trying to go sit down and Susan would grab her again and start showing her the steps all over. It was so funny! We have made so many wonderful memories together and we treasure all of them. Our trips to Graceland, Branson all over Washington and trips to the Jones Family Reunions. Wayne was Best man at their wedding and again when they renewed their vows at their 25th and then they were there for our 25th and Norman was Wayne's Best Man when we renewed our vows. In 8 years, Lord willing, we will be celebrating our 50th wedding Anniversary and we are hoping Norman will be Wayne's Best man again. They are the only Family, other than Tina and Tom Specht, our son Glen Hodge and my sister, Brenda Bailey and her husband who have visited us more than once since we have been living in Washington. We will miss Annette but have so many precious memories! We look forward to seeing some of her Family when we visit Winnie next March! Love you all!
Our love and prayers,
Bobbie and Wayne Jones
