Annette Kleyle Bell's Obituary
Annette Kleyle Bell, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother passed away peacefully on July 18, 2024, at the age of 89. Born on March 10, 1935, Annette was known for her unwavering faith, her deep love for her family, and her gentle but firm guidance.
Annette married the love of her life, David C. Bell Jr., on June 19, 1954. Together, they built a beautiful family and shared 70 years of love and devotion. Annette leaves behind her devoted husband, David C. Bell Jr., and their six children: Nadine Falgoust (David), Wendy Vicknair (AJ), Pamela Houk (Maurice), David Bell (Natalie), Christopher Bell (Gretchen), and Steven Bell (Shannon). Her legacy includes over 50 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, all of whom she cherished deeply.
A devout Catholic, Annette was a familiar figure at church, known for her stern looks that kept her children in line without ever raising her voice. She prayed the rosary every day, a testament to her strong faith and dedication. Her love for her family was boundless, and she found joy in gardening and caring for her animals.
Annette is preceded in death by her parents, Lucy and Edwin, and her sisters, Peggy and Mary. She is survived by her sister, Ethel Zansler (Ray), who shares in the family's sorrow and cherished memories.
Annette's life was a testament to the power of love, faith, and family. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
A funeral mass will be held to celebrate Annette's life, with details to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to a charity of your choice or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital www.stjude.org .

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Avenue, Covington Louisiana on Monday, July 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM with visitation on Monday beginning at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow in Sand Hill Cemetery.
