Anna Lowe Erichson's Obituary
Anna Lowe Erichson, a retired bookkeeper, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2006 at her home at St. Francis Villa Assisted Living Center in River Ridge. She was born and raised in Covington, LA, the daughter of the late Robert L. and Marie Steiner Lowe, and lived most of her adult life in New Orleans and Metairie. She is the beloved mother of Ann Marie E. Hipolito and spouse, Abel Hipolito, M.D.; Robert M. Erichson; Karen E. Ascani and spouse, Lee Ascani; Christian F. Erichson and spouse, Lisa Erichson; sister of Robert J. Lowe and the late Marcus J. Lowe. Six grandchildren survive her: Alan and Daniel Hipolito, Elisha Hipolito-Lausmann, Bradley Carson, Michael and Gia Erichson; two step-grandsons: Eric and Mark Ascani; two great-grandchildren: Calvin and Isabela Hipolito; and two step great-grandchildren: Madeleine and Emma Ascani. Anna was a lifelong volunteer serving various civic, school and hospital organizations. A special Thanks goes to the loving staff and friends at St. Francis Villa for the support and care offered so generously. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Saturday, June 3, 2006 at 12:00 Noon from the Chapel at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, Inc., 2260 West 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visiting hours on Friday, June 2, 2006 will be from 6:00-9:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:00 AM until Mass. Interment at Garden District Cemetery will follow.
