Amos Lee “Bill” Talley passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018 in Baton Rouge, LA. He was born on April 4, 1929 in Bush, LA to the late James Edward Talley and Edna King Talley.
Bill was married to his beloved wife, Laverne Taylor Talley, for 65 years. He was the loving father of Michael L. Talley and the late Paul E. Talley. He was the proud grandfather of Tina Taylor, James Talley, Ashley Talley, Jordan Talley, and the late Shana Talley. He was the great-grandfather of Devyn Montana, Kyle Schech, Isabella Talley, Makayla Talley, and Lucas Talley. Bill was the brother of the late Russell Talley, John T. Talley, and Hubert Talley.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Service at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 11:00 AM with visitation from 9:00 AM until service time.
