Allan B. McDonnel, Sr. passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. He was 82. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Bertha McDonnel, his sister Anne McDonnel Ziegler and Read Obituary

Allan was a special person.
We both attended the same high school in New Orleans.
After high school I went on to college and moved away from New Orleans but did follow all of his achievements over the years.
My thoughts and prayers of comfort will be with Patsy and the rest of the family in the days ahead.
