Aline Patterson Bacon's Obituary
Aline Patterson Bacon passed away on Friday, May 29, 2015 at the age of 87 at Forest Manor Nursing Home. Aline was born on October 28, 1927 in Garrison Texas.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Jodie Chandler Patterson and Bertram Ashby Patterson, her brothers, Norman Smith Patterson and James Patterson, sisters, Martha Mosele and Bonita Ann Lowrie, also her beloved husband of 65 years, Henry Douglas Bacon, III, and son, Henry Douglas Bacon, IV. She is survived by her sister, Billy Jo Shuey, brother, Bob Long Patterson, and 3 daughters, Linda B. Koerner (Earl), Deborah B. Covington (Rod), and Renee’ B. Thompson (Bobby). She will be missed by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Aline was an active member of The St Tammany China Painters Guild. Her great passion for China Painting showed in the many beautiful pieces of work she did over the years.
Family and friends are invited to attend Funeral Services to be held at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, Louisiana, on Wednesday June 3, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow at Live Oak Cemetery in Pass Christian, Mississippi.
