AliceRose Cabibi Schmidt's Obituary
AliceRose Cabibi Schmidt, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026, at the age of 90.
Alice was born in New Orleans, LA on September 25, 1935 to John F.J. Cabibi and Virginia Serio Cabibi. Alice is preceded in death by her parents, her sons Gregory Schmidt and Stephen Schmidt, and her siblings Anthony Cabibi and John Cabibi.
Alice is survived by her sons Douglas (Misty) Schmidt, Matthew Schmidt, and Timothy (Susan) Schmidt. She was the proud grandmother of Rebecca Schmidt Torres (Danny), Colin Schmidt and Olivia Schmidt. She is also survived by her siblings Roxanne Gerber, Virginia Cabibi, and Wayne Cabibi (Nancy), and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 11:00 am at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens/E.J. Fielding Funeral Home in Covington, LA.
