Alexander David Henry's Obituary
Alexander David Henry of Mandeville, LA passed away on October 6, 2019. He was born on April 24, 1992 in Covington, LA to Stewart P. Henry, Sr. and the late Brenda (McNeese) Metcalf.
Alex is survived by his wife to be Meridith Tomasello; his sons Donnie and Greyson; his father Stewart; and his “Ree”, Cheri Cheveallier. He is also survived by his siblings Nicholas Henry (Julianne), Stewart Henry (Tracy), and Shauna Daniels (David); his nephews Jayden and Cole Henry; his niece Emmy Lou Henry; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and his family of friends.
Alex is preceded in death by his mother Brenda McNeese Metcalf, his maternal grandparents, and his paternal grandparents.
Alex was known as an ambitious entrepreneur, and owned his own siding installation business. Alex was kind, genuine, quick-witted and enjoyed life to the fullest. He was a devoted father, loving brother, amazing friend, and Meridith’s dedicated partner for over 5 years. Alex will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433 on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 2:00 PM with visitation on Friday beginning at 12:00 Noon. Interment will follow the services in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Alex may be made to the Alex Henry Family Fund.
