Alberta LaCour Williams on Tuesday, March 20, 2007 in Madisonville, LA.
Age 92 years, a native of Cloutierville, LA, a former resident of Dickinson, TX for 45 years, she was a resident of Madisonville for the last 17 years.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her daughters, Mary Lange, Gertrude Roussell and Bertha Lemond; her sons, Jule, James, Louis and David Williams; a sister, Hazel LaCour; 22 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilmer P. Williams; mother, Jeanetta Howard LaCour; father, Louis LaCour; a grandson, John Lemond, Jr.; and six brothers and sisters.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday March 23, 2007 at 12:00 PM at St. Anselms Catholic Church, 307 St. Mary Street, Madisonville, LA 70447. Visitation will be prior to services beginning at 9:30 AM AT THE CHURCH.
Graveside services will be on Saturday March 24, 2007 at 1:00 PM at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 7801 I-45 South @ Hughes Road, Dickinson, TX 77539. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to E.J. Fielding Funeral Home of Covington.
