Adrianne and I were contemporaries as attorneys for over 40 years and for some three decades had a similar practice, although with different firms. I initially met Adrianne through the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel to which we both belonged for decades.
While we were still just acquaintances, Adrianne was quick to engage me in the warm and caring way for which she was well known at a very difficult period in my life some 35 years ago, and we became great friends thereafter. My wife Theresa and I had the opportunity on several occasions to visit with Adrianne and Robert for large holiday celebrations at their home with many of their friends and family members, and we loved those times with them and their families and friends.
Theresa and I will miss Adrianne, and our prayers and thoughts are with her and with Robert, Sam, Maggie, Luke and Will and their extended families. But we rejoice in the fact that Adrianne's suffering has ended and in the firm belief that Adrianne will be celebrating eternity with our God, to whom Adrianne was so faithful and devoted.
With love and prayers for Adrianne and her family,
Salty Galvis
