So sorry for the passing of Mr. Frank. I have so many fine memories of Mr. Frank and the Alfonso family, from our old neighborhood in Arabi on Cougar Street. We had such a great neighborhood filled with sweet loving people. We took care of each other. I remember Mr. Frank's smile and laughter. He was always so well dressed. He was and will always be in my memory as great guy with a great family.

A wonderful neighbor and friend, Frank will be missed so much. My heart goes out to his lovely bride, Betty, and his children and family.
