I am blessed to have known Bill. He was such a great guy and so full of life. I'll always cherish the time we spent hunting together and wish that we could have done it more in our busy lives. God bless your children and your family in this tragic time. Who dat my brother!
Billy, as he will always be to me, was a great guy. It was unfortunate over the years that we did not see each other as much, but he always greated me with a big smile and a hug. Some of my fondest memories will always be the baseball teams we played on together at Lakeview Playground. Both the games and the swimming parties at my parents house were some of the truly great times of childhood. I will miss you Billy. My prayers are with you and your family.

We may never know why Bill was chosen,but before he departed this life he left us all with memories of laughter and happiness because of his goodness. Our thoughts and prayers are with Bill and his family. The many of us that were privileged to know Bill and to call him a friend are deeply shaken at his sudden passing. It is hard for us to imagine not being able to pick up the phone and talk with him or drop in to say "hi" in his newly adopted home in Texas. While Bill's passing surely leaves an emptiness in all of us, we will always look back and remember with fondness the good times we all shared with him. Rest in piece my friend.
