A J and I are so sorry for your loss. We're sorry that we could not be there with all of you. A J is recovering from colon surgery and I fell and hurt my knee and can't walk. We are praying for you.
Just wanted to let you all know that we are thinking of you at this time. Joe always enjoyed talking with Mr. Gus at the ballgames and school functions. Ms. Doris, Joe always spoke highly of both of you regarding how dedicated you were as grandparents in attending all the ball functions and supporting John and his teammates. ANNE AND I WILL ESPECIALLY MISS GUS. I LOVED BANTERING WITH GUS AT THE HARDWARE WHILE STEVE SLEPT IN THE BACK OFFICE. GUS WAS A MAN'S MAN AND I WILL REMEMBER HIM AS ALWAYS A FUN LOVING EX FBI AGENT WHO HAD A CRAZY SON AND WAS ONE OF MY MOST FAVORITE PEOPLE. I LOVE TO KID THE BAUMGARTNERS BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL GREAT PEOPLE AND GUS AND DORIS WERE OUR GREATEST EXAMPLES OF GREAT PEOPLE. WITH LOVE NORMAN AND ANNE P.S. I REGRET NOT MAKING THE FUNERAL BUT HAD OTHER OBLIGATIONS.
