Dear Cynthia and family,
I am a childhood friend of Billy. We spent many hours together playing ball at Jefferson playground, we went to school and graduated together at DeLaSalle and we worked summers at Bensel's service station making money for our Florida trip that included the Keys. Billy was always a joy to be around and he was one of the best athletes at our school. I am deeply sorry to here of his passing.
