Joy Estelle Talbert O’Connell, on Saturday, February 24, 2007.
A Nurse, she was the beloved wife of the late Donald J. O’Connell. Mother of Donna Ramon and her husband Leonard, Ron O’Connell and his wife Mindee, Richard O’Connell and Randall O’Connell and his wife Belinda. Sister of Judy Miller and her husband Dwight and Jeanie Robinson and her husband Greg. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her mother, Katherine Overstreet Talbert and her father, Vivian Joseph Talbert.
Aged 65 years, she was a native of Hattisburg, MS and a resident of Mandeville, LA for the past six years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to a visitation to Celebrate her life on Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2007 from 3:00 to 5:00PM at the Chapel of E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433.
Interment will be in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
