Gil and Susan:
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time. I have such wonderful memories of Jean, and I just wished I could have seen her more over the past few years. Susan, growing up with you brings to mind such fun memories of her. I just remember her always smiling at us as she watched us play barbies, jax, board games, etc. I will remember her always, and I know you and your dad will always keep her close in your heart.
Dear Gil and Family,
Jean was an important and long-standing member of Covington Aglow; that is where I met her. She enjoyed worshipping and praising God. We all loved the times we could gather together, either in a formal meeting or at a home fellowship or retreat. There is something special about God's daughters gathering together, and we all enjoyed those times. We will miss her smile and her love.
Today's service was perfect and was a wonderful reminder that all who have received Christ as Saviour and remain faithful to do His will will some day see Jesus.

Dear Gil and Susan:
We were so sorry to hear of Jean's passing. It had been a couple of years since we had exchanged Christmas cards and phone calls and didn't know how she was. She always kept us up-to-date and Susan and the kids at Christmastime.
I know she will be greatly missed by all who knew her---she's the one who taught me to hug!!! She was a great hugger!! Being from the North we were a little more reserved, but Jean got me over it with her openness and loving hugs for everyone she met.
I wish we could get over there for the services, but with work it will be impossible to break away for long enough to make it across the lake. Know that you all will be in our thoughts and prayers tomorrow and in the days to come.

It has been so long since I have seen you all. I am so sorry for your loss and will pray for God's peace and comfort to be a very presence to you at this time. I have such great childhood memories of spending time with you all and how kind and loving you all were to me. God is good! He has led me through many trials and I know He will be faithful to bring you through this.
