I read with sadness today of Mr. Francis's passing. He was always very kind and patient to me years ago when I certainly didn't deserve it. Mr. Francis was a strong family man who worked hard to raise his kids right. I never saw him raise his voice. He was a very even-tempered man who respected his wife, and who was stalwart through difficult situations. I wish I had had the sense to get to know him better. My best to his family, especially Miss Dorothy and Lisa.
