Tom and I were saddened to learn of Dennis' illness and passing. He was a man of exceptional generosity and love of service to others. How we enjoyed his culinary and musical skills. And how I enjoyed our discussions of literature, especially the works of Tolkien. Our sympathy to his beloved family.

My girls went to school a Lee Road years ago. At one of the school fairs, I heard singing coming from the gym. There on the stage was Dennis, playing guitar and singing, Mirror, Mirror ! I was impressed. He is one of the " Characters of Lee Road" and will always be very fondly remembered.
Dennis was always the gentleman and kind.

To the Family of Dennis Sharp, my deepest sympathy and condolences to you all on his passing on Sunday. I was blessed to have Dennis as my supervising principal at Lee Road when I student taught there in 1988. It was very clear to me that he loved Lee Road, Ag, and helping kids. He was very kind to me and I am grateful to him. I am lucky that over the years I have enjoyed both his music and his cooking. Although we have not seen each other often in these last years, when we did, Dennis always had a smile for me. Dennis touched many lives in so many positive ways.
May you find comfort in your loving memories of Dennis and the knowledge that he now rests in our Lord's loving embrace.
