It’s been one year, and there hasn’t been a single day where I haven’t thought about Mr. K. He made such an impact on my life and I know he would be proud of everything I’ve accomplished. I wish he could be here to see it all, but I know he’s watching over me. I miss you every day, Mr. K. You’ll never be forgotten.
I had Mr.K all 3 years of being at Mhs and from the beginning he was always my favorite teacher he knew how to light up a room with his little Batman cup and his love for PC games and superhero’s, Mr.K always made me feel at ease in his class with letting us turn in work late or anything like that, he even would tell me all about stocks and even gave me college tips and he told me one day about how proud he was from how far I’d become. Mr.K always pushed me to actually try at art even tho I was very horrible at it he always lifted me up for trying. Not a day will go by that I won’t remember the impact he has on my life and what he did for me and all his students, I am praying for his family and him as well. Rest In Peace Mr.K I hope you’re doing art in the clouds!🤍
I met Taylor while he was building his home. He was always so nice to talk to and I looked forward to hearing his upbeat voice whenever I called for anything or to provide an update. You could tell he truly loved life and loved people. He was a genuine person and the world needs more of those types of people. I am so sorry for his loss to his family and friends and students.
Mr. K was by far my favorite teacher at Mandeville Highschool. I can’t explain how truly thankful I am to have had him as a teacher that I could go to for anything. Going to his class was the best part of my day. I felt like I could take a breath and have an hour to become less stressed about all the challenges of life. He did the little things for everyone that came through his door. For example when school lunch was nasty- which it usually was, he would let me use his microwave to make some mac n cheese. I will forever miss Mr.K and I hope that he is resting easy.
Tracy, When I saw this it broke my heart. I did not know your son. We have not saw each other in quite some time since working together at the old South Savings. Reading all of the wonderful truly inspiring comments he sounds like he sure got you and your husband in him and you did a great job raising him - he has impacted so many people. I am so sorry for your loss. I just wanted to let you know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. May God wrap his loving arms around you and comfort you through the hard days to come. I had Mr. K as a teacher last year and signed up for one of his classes this year. His class never failed to put me in a good mood. He always joked with his students and made sure that they were doing well. Mandeville High will miss him dearly!
I never had Mr. K as a teacher, but I would often stop by his classroom to see friends of mine who did. He never failed to wear a warm smile on his face, and be kind to every student that walked through his door. Mr. Krulisky’s presence was always one that made everyone feel comfortable and safe. Thank you, and rest well Mr. K.
