Juanita Avitus Krantz Graffeo passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021 in St. Louis, MO at the age of 81. She was born on June 17, 1940 in New Orleans, LA to Lawrence Spencer Krantz and Ethel Dolese Krantz. Juanita was a resident of Covington, LA since 2006, after Hurricane Katrina. Juanita is survived by her sons, Carlo Graffeo, Jr. (Jenny Sabourin) and Charles Graffeo, Sr. (Jenny Vazquez); grandchildren, Carlo III, Elena, Malorie, Charles Jr. and Brett. She is also survived by her brothers, Lawrence “Stick” Krantz Jr., Robert Krantz and Wayne “Moopie” Krantz; and her sisters, Pamela Westcott and Patricia Westcott. Juanita is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Carlo Graffeo, Sr. Juanita will be dearly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, including her friends of Roquette Lodge located at 4300 Hwy 22 Mandeville La 70471. The family would like to thank the Roquette Lodge, Juanita’s home for the last 14 years. Relatives and friends are invited to the Funeral Mass at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 11:00 AM with visitation from 9:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow the service at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, 2280 W 21st Avenue, Covington, LA. E. J. Fielding Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
