This was a great guy. I haven't seen him in a while but I grew up with he and family. They too were good people. Father God welcome him into Your kingdom in heaven.

If his son, Billy Woessner, is any indication, the elder William Woessner must
have been a very good man, indeed. David Delgado.
Billy was very kind to my father, Val DeBellevue. Dad used to be active in the Lion's Club, but as he grew older it was difficult for him to participate, particularly in the Carnival Parade, which he loved. Mr. Woessner would be sure that dad was included in the reviewing stand and could watch the parade.
This made my father very happy, which in turn made the family very happy.

Sadly missed by everyone who knew him. Bill and Carol’s kindness and friendship to our family made us blessed.
My son James thought the world of him he was a special friend to maudine and james will be missed thinking of the family.
Mr. Bill what a great guy. Never met a stranger was a very kind and gentle soul. Our sweet candy and chip man at the feedstore for many years. Prayers to you all
Mr Bill was a Covington Legend.Family man, business man, role model. Always volunteering his time. They just don’t make them like that anymore. Spent my high school years growing up with the Woessner family. Spent countless nights at their house and innumerable meals. Lots of good times. What a great giving family, condolences to Miss Carol, Billy,Shawn Donna and family.
So sorry to hear about Mr. Bill praying for Mrs. Carol and his family may he rest in peace
Bill Woessner has been in my life for over 40 years as a friend, as my Candy man and as someone I could always talk to if I needed to. I’ll miss arguing with him and making fun of his stale chips 😂 Rest In Peace buddy 🙏🏻❤️
