To the Hymel family: Roland was a fine man who will be sorely missed by all who knew him. He often seemed larger than life.
On behalf of the Snyder family - I can tell you we enjoyed his company, his wisdom and insights into many things in business as well as in life.
I know I will miss talking with him. Usually over the Holidays, one on one, quietly, over a drink. His presence and words always seemed to hit the spot.
