Dear Tammie, family and friends,
It’s with a heavy heart that I write this note. We're so sorry to hear of Rick’s passing. Rick and I were separated by a lot of years and often a lot of miles, but I still remember fondly the times we spent together when I was growing up. I remember rides in his VW Bug, visits when he first lived in our Aunt Millie’s basement and then to his condo and days on the shores of Seal Beach. I even still have a vague recollection of him showing me around the projection booth of the Bay Theatre. ..and of course countless Holidays and special occasions spent together. I remember *impatiently* waiting by the front window for him to arrive…he usually ran late, but always gave the best gifts! In a word, growing up I just thought Rick was ‘cool’. Even though we didn’t keep in frequent close contact, I feel the loss of his presence and will deeply miss him. “Rest in Peace My Brother..” Although we cannot be there in person to celebrate his life, this message is sent with our heartfelt sympathy and prayers for healing. We wish you and the family all the best. With much love and God’s blessings…Chris, Deirdre, Samantha and Spencer Wagner
