I met Joe when I had just lost my mom and decided to start a new job at HMS Host. Joe was not only my boss, but he was a great mentor during a huge transitional time for me. Joe taught me things when I am sure he didn't even realize he was teaching me.
I am grateful and blessed to have know such a kind soul and I pray for his family, especially Brock during this rough time!

Joe was a great man! We spent many days laughing and working hard at BWI Airport along with his good friend Joe Macharsky. This was a total shock considering he is so young. Sending hugs and prayers to the Churley Family.
I work at HMSHost and had known Joe for past 16 years. I had preconceived notions about Joe but that changed immediately as I started working with him. I found him to be a very easy going, a good human being with a big heart. I also remember him inviting us (about 8-10 colleagues) to his house when we attended a conference in 2002 in New Orleans.
When I learnt that he is feeling better and back to work, I immediately reached out to him on January 3rd, 2017 (see email below).
Happy new Year Joe! It is so good to hear that you are back to work. I would like you to know that we have been keeping you in our prayers and hope that you have a wonderful year. I wish you good health, peace and prosperity in 2017 and always!
