Betty Kate Hall passed away peacefully on Dec. 5, 2012 at 3:40 pm, at the age of 81, and went home to be with the Lord. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph S. P. Hall Jr. She is preceded in death by her daughter Ginger C.
