My heart is sincerely broken. I was in treatment with Austin at Menninger. We became very close, he made me smile and laugh more times than anyone I've ever met with my condition even when he was upset there was a light in his eyes. I actually spent time with Austin probably 5 months before his passing and then we lost touch. I just tried to find him on Facebook just now and this popped up. I knew Austin was struggling from the loss of his brother but I told him to try to hang on for the people that love him and his parents. He was such an incredible guy with such a wonderful perosona. I miss you Austin. Ready easy bud. How could I ever forget someone whom has had a huge impact on my recovery and well/being. I don't think he knew that, but he did. I pray that your mother is okay and I know that you are now safe up there. No more worrying buddy. No more "niacin" to cure you. I wish we could have rode bikes and watched he sunset one more time on the lakefront before you'd gone, but I Love you endlessly and forever. Rest in peace. Look down on us brother.
